$5 Boulder Club, New

	Boulder Club, New- Opened 1929. Although opened in 1929, the Boulder Club did not receive its Nevada gaming licence until 1931. Its believed that illegal gambling took place there from the original opening date. The "new" was added to the casino name in 1958 remained until the closing in 1960. The chip pictured here is one of the most desirable chips in the hobby. It was the first to test the $10,000 price barrier in 1997! If one where available today, who knows how high it would sell for. There are thought to be only one known, however a second one may be out there.
