Pioneer-opened in 1942, closed 1995. Downtown Fremont St. landmark with the world famous "Vegas Vic" talking cowboy sign. He says "Howdy Partner" as his arm moves back & forth. although the casino is closed "Vic" is still in motion. This is the Pioneers 7th issue. With aprox. 50 known its still rarely for sale! .
